Based in Kingsford, the Eastern Suburbs are home for me — and they remain one of Sydney's most beautiful corners for a wedding. Coastline, parkland, harbour and city all within minutes of each other.
From the clifftops of Watsons Bay to the sandstone curves of Bondi, the Eastern Suburbs offer some of the most photogenic ceremony backdrops in the country.
Light here is exceptional in the late afternoon. With a coastal ceremony, the sun does most of the work — soft, warm and golden right through the vows.
Most venues are within a short drive of each other, which makes logistics simple for guests travelling between ceremony and reception.
